   Fantastic people!!! I brought a bike for my son’s Christmas present and I was trying to be very discreet when I had him with me. The staff knew exactly what I was doing which they where right on hand with any questions I had and so friendly too my son when he has questions too. The bike was built the same day! Couldn’t ask for better! Thank you to you all. And Merry Christmas!

   Great service and advice when choosing. Friendly and polite, lots of knowledgeable information. Love the bike. Unfortunately during my first bike ride I noticed the screw coming loose on the handlebar adjustment. Easily fixed, but I thought this would have been tightened sufficiently when it was prepared for me. Luckily I've got Allen keys although I thought a set was supposed to be supplied with the bike

   The BEST place I have ever been to repair a bike! The staff were so kind and even helped me get the bike back into the car. They gave me tips to help me in the future with not damaging gears. Their prices are also very reasonable. I can't sing their praises loud enough! I will 100% recommend this bike repair shop.

   Hawk Cycles is Fantastic. I bought a bike for my daughter from Hawk. The advice and service was second to none. The aftercare service is even better. We went a back a few months later as we had a puncture. The repair was carried out super efficiently and on the spot with the brakes being adjusted and the bike getting a once over and a tighten without us even asking; this is great service! The team are all knowledgable and friendly; we wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you Hawk!
