From the moment I arrived at Luke Resort World Birmingham UK the customer service was amazing, one staff that stood out for me was Lucy, Lucy was very professional and friendly from start to finish she's a great asset to the company and manager Neil.
Went into the shop looking forward to buying something however staff members completely put me off. Do not even bother to acknowledging customers walking in , just speaking amongst themselves. However do have good deals within the store.

Lots of clothes, as it says on the tin. Great choice of t shirts and some lovely jackets. Very helpful and friendly staff. A great place to shop.
I love luke clothes and now have to buy them for my 2 sons. the shop is great value and staff are really friendly. I would defo recommend this shop to anyone.
Haven't shopped here before, but my son had money for his birthday. Love the clothes, great quality and good value, they look fantastic on. Helpful friendly staff. My son bought tracksuit top and joggers. T shirt and polo shirt. Very impressed and will shop there again.
