We phoned them to see if they had the trainers, that we wanted. They were very helpful. Got the train to Birmingham International, 5 min walk to the shop.
Very happy with our experience here and with the patience and friendliness of Lavinia - she was wonderful and helpful! It would benefit from some more seating spaces but there any many options in the store and we will definitely be back.
Great experience at Skechers Resorts World. I had to pick up a pair of Skechers Equalizer 5.0 Trail - Tumbler Ridge Walking shoes, but my size was unavailable in the Birmingham Bullring store. However, due to the persistence and tremendous efforts of Jo (Store Supervisor) at the Bull Ring, a pair (in my size) was tracked down at the outlet store in Resorts World. The staff member, Aziz helped me with the new shoes including the sizing and fitting. He was cheerful, approachable and the consummate professional, answering all my questions and at the same time allaying any concerns I had. I then proceeded to purchase the shoes at a great price with a generous discount. Thanks to Aziz for yet another wonderful shopping experience at Skechers.
Poor customer service from DAN, he claims to be the manager of the store. I can't believe a person like that can be a manager of a shop like that. Really disappointed about the brand to have a people like him working in their shops.

Great shoes, really fantastic friendly & attentive service. Depsite being 10mins before the store closed and it being very busy we were approached by a member of staff within seconds of walking in to ask if we needed help. They helped me find/choose the trainers I wanted and try them on. The trainers are fairly priced for what they are. My only regret is not going back the next day to buy another pair!
Got myself 2 pairs of shoes from here, which cost me £59 for both! I would have had to pay upwards of 80 for the ones I got if I had gone elsewhere. Even better I got 20% NHS staff discount, which made me very happy indeed. Shoes are nice and comfortable too.
