   Safiyah at the store is so rude and arrogant she has such an attitude problem. She snatched the money out of my hand and when we complained she was talking back to her Store Manager Jake who was so lovely. She should be sacked.

   It is good store but very chaotic. There were not many staff and the store was busy. Also there were not many to choose from as well. The sizes and models were very limited. In general was quite disappointing that they didn't have a lots to offer even though they were having sales. I thought Factory outlet would have more choices than the Clearance store. I guess they are about the same in this case.

   Years ago these 'Factory outlet' stores seemed to be far better value for money. They do have some good offers, but the better items are usually excluded or no cheaper than on the net.

   Very poor service, Ashley & tilly are Very unprofessional workers and seriously need some more training. They do not talk with respect Ashley was acting like he was unbothered. Tilly the manager never offered me a refund for shoes i bought a week ago which were ripped after worn once don’t recommend coming back here ever again!!!

   I went into the store today at 5pm. There was a young man named haider. He was very respectful and helpful. He understood the products fit best for me. He used good scenarios to explain what products would be the best for gym activities. His service was spot on and was fast and very efficient. Can highly recommend coming again!
