   Rude. CON ARTISTS. Bought some boots, (that had clearly been worn when arrived) for £84.99 & they refunded me 85 pence and sent the email below.. Maybe if you had sent images or even contacted us in regards to a 'worn' item being sent to you we would have stepped in straight away, however this is not the truth, all of our products are checked twice in 2 different departments before being dispatched... We are not CON ARTISTS what so ever! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

   The staff member was very rude, I commented to my mum that there wasn't much choice and she said "what was that you said we haven't got much" so I said yes even though it was a private comment. Then she said " we don't sell cheap shoes anymore" as if assuming we couldn't afford shoes. Very, very rude lady and we will never set foot in there again

   Bought from them online through Amazon - shoe sizes were in accurate and rather than a UK 4 received a pair of toddler trainers at adult trainer price. They came quickly and well packaged but I feel mislead. I am posting back today and hope to have a refund by the weekend - I will update my review depending on this.

   Good customer service - they're always happy to help. I've only been in a couple of times, though, I usually find what I'm looking for elsewhere. Sizes can be off, and it can be a matter of luck as to whether they have anything that fits.
