   I visited this store on 21 December 2025 around 12pm with my three children, including one child with disabilities, to buy shoes for Christmas. My children were well behaved and trying on shoes. I was tidying as we went along. A staff member spoke to me in a very aggressive and upsetting manner in front of my children, which caused them to become frightened and distressed. We left the store without buying anything. What should have been a happy shopping trip was very upsetting for my children and me. I felt the way we were treated was discriminatory and unacceptable. I would not recommend this store based on our experience.

   Was not happy bought my son a pair of shoes I asked them a pair of shoes that he can play football in they said they will last him for a long time, 3 weeks they lasted! Staff not helpful at all felt it was really poor.
