I am extremely shocked and appalled by the outrageous treatment I received at NISA Malcolm Stores while collecting my parcel delivered by UPS. Despite following all instructions preciselyβ€”including bringing valid ID and showing both the official postcard and email stating no additional codes were requiredβ€”the cashier flatly refused to hand over my parcel. His dismissive and rude attitude caused me immense stress and frustration. When I calmly pointed out his unprofessional behavior, he responded with insults and banned me from the store, which is completely unacceptable. This experience was humiliating, disrespectful, and entirely unprofessional. I strongly advise others to avoid this location for parcel collection to prevent similar mistreatment.

Staff always polite & friendly, happy to help if needed. Pretty well stocked store, lo Ely cakes for sale. Only downside is sometimes the fruit and veg is not always fabulously fresh, close or at sell by date

I live locally to this shop and have been going in there for many years. As has my family, and friends. I have always found the staff there friendly, welcoming and providing a good standard of customer service. Unfortunately I have for some reason experienced now, multiple times one individual that seems to have taken a judgmental dislike for me, therefore being rude, ignorant and making me feel completely unwelcome. I see that there are other people that have felt the same with being judged. I am assuming that they were made to feel that way by this certain individual. It has been so consistent over the last year or so that I abandoned shopping there and started using the Co-op just around the corner instead. I did however visit the store again Saturday evening to be greeted by the same attitude by this person. I have done nothing to warrant this kind of behaviour from him, I have been friendly and have shown gratitude every time I have been served by him but now enough is enough. I will not be shopping there ever again, which is a shame because Malcolm and everyone else that works there are a credit to the business, and we have shared many jovial, and positive interactions with one another over the years. It has been that out of the ordinarily bad that I have spoken about it multiple times with various people and now they are determined to never shop there again also. I assume that this individual is part of the family that made this store a long standing staple in the community, and that is a shame. Being in business myself, I understand that all it takes is one individual with this kind of attitude to have a detrimental affect on your business. I wish you all the best, but after spending thousands upon thousands of pounds in your store over the years, I will never give you my business ever again.

Good selection of groceries and services offered including the post office. Only gripe, they stock many co-op items with a pretty big mark-up considering the co-op is around the corner. Other than that, friendly and well-staffed

So much choice here! Even some vegan items in the freezer and chiller, Costa Coffee machine, fresh fruit and veg, some Co-op branded items, post office, in the summer plenty of potted shrubs, flowers, bedding plants, hanging baskets etc.

A very obliging and friendly local store. They are always helpful and even stock a particular Brandy and Mixer specifically for my ageing Dad! They always help him pack his shopping into his disability scooter and delivered during the pandemic. Well worth supporting
