A lot of stock, but some of it is very overpriced! £15 USB cable?! It’s often quite busy in there. It’s not very easy to find what you want. It’s wheelchair and mobility scooter accessible except now it’s Christmas time there’s stuff in the way everywhere. Staff are always friendly and helpful

This place has gone downhill since we had last visited. Aisles strewn with clothing and shoes, and worst of all, no changing rooms upstairs for children to try on their school items. We certainly won't be in a rush to return here!

Love this shop. So handy for where I live and has almost everything I need. I also return parcels here occasionally for other retailers. I'd be gutted if it ever closed!

There's been a big change, the car park now has less disabled drivers spaces, and now loads of parents and toddlers, so i guess Asda living only wants parents with children, shopping here now. I've been coming here ever since it opened, I used to love shopping here, but as a disabled driver, I'm not wanted anymore. The rest of the car park is also full, because of the large amount of shops but again limited car parking. Boots, Greggs, Pharmacy, Next, The range, M&S food Hall, Card shop, all those people visiting, are taking up Asda Living Car Park. But it makes me really mad, for people to put booster seats in their car, no children, just a seat, so they can park in Perents & Toddles car spaces. This shopping center is mostly out of reach if you haven't got a car, and if you're disabled, they no longer want your money, Parents spend more money . This is the last time i will be coming here, Asda Living you better change your policy, bring back the lost disabled parking. And get the car park warden to look out for all those cheating. Zero marks out of 10

Thoroughly disgusted with this store today. Big display of Fifa 23 game by the entrance as well as upstairs. Picked one up, stood in the queue to pay and then waited for the assistant to find game only to be seen told they hadn't got any!!!!!That's 1/2 hour of my life i wont get back

Fair variety of products and in this store- seasonal goods like barbeques and outdoor toys, Valentine's & mothers/fathers day, Christmas......Good lighting, clean store. Staff are always putting out fresh stock. Stairs and lift available. Once upon a time before covid there was a nice cafe on 1st floor- maybe will open again soon? Good selection of clothing in various sizes including plus size. Selection of baby products including food and formula. Limited stock of pharmacy goods like baby ibuprofen and Calpol, adult paracetamol, soaps, deodorant etc.

Usually have no problems with this place however during a recent visit, my disabled Fiancée wanted to use the toilet, we had forgot the radar key, she approached a member of staff who was downright rude, ignorant & offensive about it. We did mention this to another member of staff who said she would have a word. But clearly the lady in question needs some diversity training

Not been to this store in a few years. I came in to use the track and return service. Both ladies who assisted was brilliant. I would like to thank Demmi who was polite and could not help any more. Brilliant customer care from two beautiful ladies.
