   Staff rude and always have an attitude problem. There are 2 tills and was 1st in the queue waiting to post some letters but a man decided to go to the other till AFTER me. She decided to ignore me and go to the other man who very obviously had gone into the queue after me. She served him and then I mentioned that I was waiting first. She didn't apologise and just had an attitude saying she didn't know even though I was standing right in front of her. If it was a mistake you apologise - not double down!! Additionally when she served the man she was friendly to him but instantly had an attitude again before I even spoke. I suspect she was racist because why else would you do that or treat someone like that for no reason and then not treat customers the same. The previous time the man was also rude. I had a clothes parcel with over £350 in to return. I asked if it could be weighed so I could prove I had sent everything back in case the parcel went missing etc. He made a big deal about it and was sarcastic and made me feel like an idiot. He also had no customer service skills and not friendly the rest of the time. I will keep an eye on the post to see if the cards are received. Wouldn't surprise me if she took them out the bag so they didnt get posted and went "missing".

   Really poor customer service from the male who works in there. Hes always rude to me and its seems like its an issue to use their postal services. It somehow bothers him to ask for anything. However the lady is really nice, polite and helpful.
