Today I was shopping with my two autistic children and I asked a staff member to help me scan the items because I was struggling. Unfortunately, she missed several items during the scan, and then told security that I hadnβt paid for them. This put me in a very embarrassing and stressful situation, especially as I rely on support when shopping with my children. I paid for everything, including the items she forgot to scan, but the way it was handled was extremely upsetting. Please make sure your staff double-check items when assisting customers, especially parents who clearly need support. This situation was unfair and could have been avoided.β

Absolutely shocking experience at ASDA today (26/11/2025 between 6:30β7:00 PM). I went to the store, picked up my products, PAID for everything, and was quietly walking out β when a staff member from the checkout area suddenly came up to me, snatched my bag out of my hand, and started accusing me of stealing. After checking, he realised I had paid for ALL my items. Instead of apologising for publicly humiliating me, he just walked away like nothing happened. Then his supervisor showed up and, instead of addressing their staffβs behaviour, he spoke to me rudely and even threatened to kick me out of the store β despite the fact that I was the one who was mistreated. βοΈ They snatched products from my hand. βοΈ They demanded proof even though the payment was already done. βοΈ After realising their mistake, they offered no apology. βοΈ The supervisor misbehaved and threatened me, instead of correcting their staff. This is unacceptable behaviour. The staff were extremely rude, disrespectful, and acted like they have the right to humiliate paying customers just to satisfy their ego. Normally have great delivery from Asda themselves - but ASDA Express delivery is anything but Express. My delivery was between 3pm and 4pm, but the Uber driver delivering was an hour and a half late. When I called him at 4.30, I got the impression that he only told me he was on the way *because* I had called to ask where my shopping was. Only then did the tracking information for him appear on the map. He arrived an hour later, with no apology at the door. I felt to me as though he might have hoped he wouldn't have to deliver, perhaps hoping I wouldn't ring asking where he was. Very slow and unprofessional, with no sense of urgency about him.

This is a nice asda with plenty of parking. The store is kept well but the toilets are no where near as well kept. This asda also has a petrol station onsite and a mcdonald's.

I use this store regularly, at least twice a week. Parent and toddler parking is horrendous to the point even staff members on shift are parking in a child space which I think is an absolute joke. The store itself is good.

Parking in a disabled bay is awful trying to get a parking space,due to lots of cars in the disabled bays without blue badges. Nothing ever seems to be done about the problem.

One star as I couldnβt give less. Unorganised chaos. Waited an hour for click and collect for them to tell me someone has come and said my name and took my shopping. Two days before Christmas, Iβve spent Β£180 and I canβt get a refund for 5 days. Asked 4 times what the name for the order was by the same guy. Ridiculous substitutions aswell. Will never use this service again.

Today 5/12/22 I purchased seafood sticks with dip Iβd already eaten them when I noticed the date on them 27/11/22 thatβs 8 days out of date .I phoned Asda & spoke to a lady who had a bad attitude towards me & told me to call 111 for advice if I had concerns about food poisoning Absolutely disgusting attitude to speak to customers like that.

Didnβt turn up with home delivery. I was told that the driver had attempted deliveryβ¦he must be a ghost then because neither me of my home security system detect him. Store believe the driver over me, a customer of 25yrs. I will never shop in Asda again.
