The staff at this establishment are both extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I send a lot of parcels overseas and often need their expert input. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They really are all very nice people!
Absolutely fabulous post office. The staff, Neer, Nat and Tanvi are friendly, helpful and patient. I use the post office everyday and feel at home when I walk in the door. I would recommend this post office to everyone and I’m thankful and grateful for this clean and professional service!

This post office has friendly staff who are always ready to help. The parking is free (unlike the main Warwick post office in Shire Hall where you have to faff around trying to pay via Ringo or card or, if you’re lucky, coin.) I also use this post office because the experience and service is great. I don’t know why there are 1 star, rude reviews of this place. Maybe the people in question have left the job or were having a bad day? That’s not my experience. These people are great and take time to serve you properly. There are not the queues you get in the main Warwick PO and the staff actually look at you when they serve you. On top of that, they have now got a new pet shop thing opening which also sells bird food and stuff. Next to the post office is a newsagent, chemist and a Co-Op (with a bigger car park) and some other shops. If you want hassle-free, friendly service with NO parking sketch or tuts from the staff - visit this post office.
We are lucky to have a local post office without having to travel into Warwick with all the usual services and helpful staff. Good range of greeting cards, stationery & pet products.
The staff here well put together and competent. Everyone should use the woodloes post office.
