“Our Norfolk terrier had a suspected UTI and, realising she needed emergency treatment, we took her to Wellesbourne in time for the surgery to open. No appointment could be made as the phone wasn't answered by the surgery until our ETA - although I tried to call ahead of our arrival and got the emergency practice. The receptionist explained that the phone would be switched over in 5 minutes - after our ETA. The Reception nurse understood immediately and said we’d be slotted in between the next 2 appointments. We were seen 12 minutes later, my diagnosis confirmed after a thorough investigation and reassurance that the medication would cure the problem. It started to work after the first antibiotics were administered. One happy little dog and relieved and very grateful owners. Exemplary service.”

“Fantastic value for money, staff are so friendly and helpful and the location is excellent. The hotel was so clean and had air conditioning throughout. Room was spacious and had everything you could need. Breakfast was really nice and there was plenty to choose from. The staff did an amazing job keeping it ticking over during busy times. “Excellent service from very helpful staff. Really nice room (a refurbished one) and public areas. The car park couldn't handle a full hotel but that was exacerbated by a few vans taking up more than one space. Don't arrive after 9pm and expecting a space! Handy for the NEC and cheaper than the on site hotels there.”

“The rooms were nice, but I didn’t like the mirrors. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they really cared about the guests. Our kids even got coloring books, which was a lovely touch. You can easily reach the retail park on foot. Breakfast Buffet was really good and dinner too.”

Great quality products used on my sensitive little dog. She comes out looking and smelling amazing. We wouldn’t go anywhere else and we highly recommend them.”

“Unfortunately, it's not the best time to review as our cat was very ill at the time of my visit. Very accommodating staff at the front desk and the vet was lovely too. Our cat was so ill that we had to put her to sleep. The vet and staff were very respectful. We had taken KitKat to the right place for the best help she could receive.”

“Highly recommend these lovely ladies. I have a goldendoodle so grooming is important for his breed but my dog is not a fan of being groomed even at home he won't let us groom him in certain areas like his face. They're so patient and understanding! They always try there best to make him feel at ease and comfortable while doing the best cut they can :) Thanks to their patience and taking there time over the past few months, they've built up enough trust with him for him to let them do a full groom even in the areas he doesn't usually let anyone touch. I couldn't believe it! He also loves the fusses and treats he gets while he's there! I wouldn't use anyone else. Highly recommend particularly if you have a slightly nervous dog.”

“Lovely little gem of place just on the path of a canal and run by a small attentive team and seems rather popular . Not vast on the inside but does have a covered outdoor section to the side, really feels cosy surrounded by various interesting canal related items which can be purchased . The menu is straightforward consisting of breakfast / lunch type items which is freshly prepared and the quality is really good along with various takeaway bits near the counter. Just loved it and was really wonderful .”

“Wren has been looking after my dogs for a year now. She provides a fabulous tailored service when one dog goes on a group walk and the other is let out in the garden. The dogs love her and the cockapoo has made lots of friends on her adventures. I like Wren changes up locations and sends pictures and videos from the walks. She has also done sitting for us twice now when we were on holiday. The dogs were happy and relaxed and she left the house spotless. Wren is very reliable and cannot recommend her enough.”

“This was the first time I had used this cattery and I was very happy with the care provided. My elderly cat is 15 years old, quite sensitive and nervous but on collection she appeared really well and relaxed. Highly recommended.”

“Stayed for 2 nights. Very helpful & pleasant staff. 2 very nice dinners; the menu was somewhat limited. Excellent full english breakfast. Room very pleasant & clean; bed was comfortable. Only criticism is the absence of a light over the mirror above the dressing table.”
