   we visit the premier inn warwick regularly for breakfast with our family and everyone absolutely loves it. There is always something for everyone to eat.    We were a party of 6, checking in with Emma on reception was very smooth, our rooms were ready, so could take our luggage to the room . We had a day at the races & had booked an evening meal. Despite being extremely short staffed, Sharon made sure our meal and drinks order was taken, and bought to us quickly. The other member of staff that was working, was also very helpful. They should be commended for making sure all guests were served as quickly as humanly possible. Thank you

   As premier inns go, this one is probably on the better side. We got a plus room as the upgrade cost was very low and it was definitely worth it. The breakfast is fine, but I think the room too small to accommodate everyone at busy times. The dinner I would avoid though -- edible, but pricey without the deal and it also just takes ages to come. Could do with a few more staff on hands.

   We had a lovely dinner of our stay. The food are great with crispy fries and pizza. Highly recommend the house burger. Appreciate for the service by Sharon and she is a very nice staff in the restaurant.

   I stayed at the Premier Inn Warwick for two nights on a business trip. I had booked bed and breakfast, but the experience was disappointing. Breakfst options are very limited. On the second morning, I arrived at the breakfast buffet at 8:20, and almost everything was gone — only a couple of croissants and a handful of cereals were left. I’m not even sure if milk was available. The room itself was clean enough, but the air conditioning didn’t work. Out of curiosity, I set it to 23°C, yet it continued blowing cold air. I informed the staff, though I’m not sure whether it was ever fixed. The hotel also appears to be understaffed. I noticed the front desk personnel helping around the buffet and restaurant area, which suggests they are stretched thin. But the location is excellent for my purposes, which is the main reason I chose this hotel.

   Fantastic time up visiting Warwick Castle from Bournemouth. We stayed here for 2 nights and could have stayed longer! The staff made us very welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was big and clean. All you can eat breakfast was delicious. It is easy to find being close to the main road but far enough away to not get the road noise and was quiet and peaceful whilst we were there.

   Staff were lovely and reception area is modern. It was a very peaceful stay, rooms are very clean. Room just needed a little updating. But for the price I can’t really moan, I would stay here again.

   My wife and I stayed here whilst visiting Warwick and Kenilworth castles, and the location of this particular hotel was good for these castles. The rooms are standard Premier Inn rooms, with their extremely comfortable beds. Breakfast (an extra cost) is hit and miss..... It's a breakfast buffet, so it's good if you get the food whilst it's freshly made. Less so if the food has been sat under the heat lamps for a while. Car park is too small for the hotel. Had to park in an overflow car park, a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Felt uneasy having to leave the car in an isolated and remote car park overnight.

   Clean & tidy room, bed very comfy (have a bad back so always cautious) - check in was easy, no hassles. Eat breakfast there each day - good. One day had meal deal, cheaper if you get breakfast & dinner there too - no complaints - staff very friendly & helpful. All round lovely stay!

   Busy but efficiently run hotel, with staff running from pillar to post in order to deal with queries Rooms very comfortable, goods beds. Food very reasonably priced. Enjoyed breakfast evening meal less so. Parking space can be at a premium. Hotel had arrangement to use parking across the road. Coop in walking distance.
