   I don't usually go to this store because there are plenty of other cheaper shops nearby. I engaged in conversation with Jacob one of the store managers who treated me with courtesy & kindness. His customer service skills were definitely naturally up to standard and he's a credit to the store

   Absolutely will not use this store again. Was shopping in there this evening with my daughter and between us we bought a lot of stuff. Trolley was full. There was just one checkout open, just one and the queue was huge! We didn't want to use the self scan tills as we had such a lot of shopping plus there is very little room at these tills, so we had to queue for the one "manned" checkout that was open! I think it's disgraceful that you are trying to push your customers towards using self scan tills it's shocking. Obviously a money saving exercise so people use the self scan you don't need to employ so many staff!! Only opening one checkout is a disgrace and as I said I certainly will not use an Asda store in future!

   Won't be using any of your express slots again, Uber driver gave me somebody else is order and drove off with all my shopping not happy, your home delivery team at your store were useless as a teapot when customer service put me through to them, I managed to get a refund back in the end but that's not the point, since you have used uber as third party its bad. Maybe you need to think about going back to Asda van deliveries only

   I havent shopped in asda for ages but decided to pop in today. Unfortunately although the prices shown on the shelves are not always the same on the self serve and trying to get it put right took far too long. I wont be back. I would have been charged over £30 extra had I not realised that their offers had not come off.

   More often than not I do a click and collect, the app says it knows your there and to wait while your shopping is fetched out, I was waiting almost half an hour before a young lad came out with my shopping he was in a foul mood, the crates my shopping were in were filthy, I lifted a crate of coke to put into my boot and it was absolutely covered in some thick creamy substance, it went all over my clothes shoes and car boot, in the same crate were spring onions not in a bag and also covered in this substance, no care from the young lad, refused to get anyone from inside, didn’t even collect anything to help me clean my boot or my clothes. Completely put me off click and collect

   Really well stocked, plenty of staff visible and was actually quite tidy. Good clothing section upstairs. Only downside is there is no travelator to come back down, so you have to wait for the lift. Just a minor inconvenience.

   Nice store, clean and tidy, very polite staff only issue was it was difficult to get to second floor the lift wasn't working properly so had to go round using the escalator which took a bit of time. Café on site, public toilets available and loads of free parking for customers. Fuel station as you approach the main store.
