Went into Food Warehouse this morning The staff were amazing So helpful because I didn't know where things were One girl even went and got the things for me The the lady on the tilk helped me unload the trolley into the checkout It was quiet but still exceptional service Thanks to the staff and Happy Christmas
Worst experience as a delivery driver. Only guy responsible for such ratings is the manager of the store. I had couple of interactions with the guy no sense of responsibility and customer service. I will never take order from this place. I wonder who made the guy manager other staff deserves a way better man to be the manager.
Good quality food but never enough tills open or cashier away stacking shelves also can visit this shop 10 times and guarantee 8 of them they’ll have no baskets by the door so you have to walk around the entire store to the tills to get one then head back to the entrance to start your shop.
Great deals and good array of food , only issue is there is never any baskets at entrance , you have to walk round to get one to then come back to the beginning
Prices are ok. The food quality is good. You can all you need form here. Is not as busy as other stores. Personally I buy pizza from here and the cost quality ratio is ok.
One stop shop for all your freezer needs. Vast and extensive range of produce you don't find in your local supermarket freezer aisle. Great offers a good selection of fresh meat and poultry. Dairy produce, fresh fruit and vegetables. Bulk buys are a good deal too.
Everyone seems to love this place. Personally I don't, but we go as they sell a couple of my hubby's favourites. The staff are friendly and it's always well stocked. Huge range of frozen, chilled and dry goods.
General layout is great. Visiting this store is not a great experience. Some staff are great, however some staff are extremely rude and clearly do not understand anything about customer service. Some very basic CS skills are missing here. Such a shame for a very well laid out store.
Brand new shop and experience to Rugby, much like the Iceland shop in Rugby Central but better, in so much as a larger store with wider Isles and more fridge space. Now with this extra space we get a better shopping experience for all, and the choices of products is so much better, I think they had the right balance considering the shop is so new and not knowing their demographics just yet. It was nice to see some additions of bulk items for the larger families to benefit from savings made. A much better choice of alcohol than Iceland Rugby obviously due to more space, but the addition also of electrical items (some of which have been reduced) was welcome by myself as we were looking for a replacement kettle, as ours had leaked it's contents all over the worktop the same day. You can still use your Iceland loyalty card here too. Win win.
