One rude and impolite staff member. When you are serving customers at the tills, please have the decency to greet your customers and try to say please and thank you. Saying card or cash just doesn't do it for the majority of customers. This isnt the first time this had occurred either. To the person that served me today, Iearn from the colleague next to you, she managed to be very polite and said please and thank you. Repeated poor customer customer service is simply unacceptable. Get some training and you should be ok. I'm sure a bit of training from your team will go a long way. On a more positive note, great selection of items and a fairly well laid out clean store.

Shop not big enough no space in the aisles. Staff seem so as if they don't want to be there and show no interest..For me it's a pop in to pick something up quickly if I'm in that area but I choose to go to other branches if I want to browse.

Bit of a mish mash of cosmetics, home accessories, cleaning and decorating products. Store layout is not great- some aisles are narrow/difficult to negotiate so wheelchairs and buggy users might struggle. The lift is see through and I didnt really like the mechanism- enter on one side and exit from the other- it's slow and unsteady. Staff are not very knowledgeable about their stock and not terribly helpful if you are looking for a product- basically they just say if it's not on the shelf (where they think it might be) they haven't got it.

Pretty nice selection of Christmas items at reasonable prices. I got the 'Gonk' for $15, and some really fancy gold and black baubles for just £3.00.

I hadn't ever been in 'The Range' because I'd never lived near one and didn't particularly know what kinds of things they even sold until my friend moved in with his girlfriend in April. This branch only opened this year in Coventry and I didn't have a look until last week. Oh my God I love the place, could have spent a fortune but I would have felt like I'd got a lot for my money and it was quality stuff. I am a convert and having Asda Living and The Range will bring competition but more variety and options for consumers. I love it. I've been twice this week alone but it is Christmas decorations time and payday so I'm blaming that. Definitely recommend this store. The staff are helpful and friendly, there's a lift to get upstairs, the store is clean and tidy, even colour ranges seem to be together. Great location. Plus a bus stop outside to take my haul home haha!

Can't believe there ate no amenities to go the toilet anywhere here. Thankfully Costa helped out for this emergency. Not a Range review specifically. The store is good
