“I am going to give them 5 stars, there were a couple of minor niggles but they were dealt with quickly. We were thinking about getting one bathroom completely replaced and some minor work in the other and so got some quotes from different firms. Daryl came around and had a look, it was a no pressure visit. When we got the quote it was itemised. This allowed us to visit the showroom twice, plus the tile showroom in Leicester and speak with Daryl and Charlie to get what we wanted at a good price. This took several weeks but we were again not put under any pressure. The job was booked in for seven days, Jason turned up on time everyday and crucially had the help of Tristrum who was just finishing his apprenticeship. Both are lovely guys who I had no worries about leaving in my house. Because there were two of them it was finished in five days. There were two small niggles a missing part on a cupboard and one thing was loose. I went into see Charlie who I presume had to order the part and Jason came around four days later to do the work. Regarding the loose part he explained the two options carefully which allowed me to make the best choice for us. The work was completed and we are very happy with it. The electrician Mitch who is a contractor was also very good he had to do some work to bring my old electrics up to date (no added charge) and was very good at explaining what it meant. There was also Mark who came to take the rubbish away again a lovely man. In fact everyone was nice including the two ladies on reception whose names I can not recall (sorry) I will consider using them again once I have saved up for my next big project. I would happily recommend them to anyone.”
