At home yesterday morning a toilet flush failed. A call to Chris Collett was answered quickly and arrangements made to visit that afternoon. This was excellent service especially so close to Christmas! The engineer, Josh arrived at the estimated time and quickly identified the problem then travelled to obtain the necessary parts before returning and fitting them the same afternoon. Josh left everything not only in good working order but clean and tidy. All completed in a few hours after the initial call An excellent service from a local company! Will use again when required. Just awaiting invoice for the work but most other reviewers consider charges are reasonably priced. So anticipate that will be the case here.
Engineer call out fee was not mentioned on the website despite stating there was a 15 mins free consultation! Engineer was 40 mins late, no thorough checks were done related to my query, pressed a couple of buttons and on his way he went. In and out the house in 4 mins! I asked the engineer present how much a simple service was to be told to call the office and ask them. Your staff should know the cost of a simple every day job.
Had a walk in shower and new boiler installed 2 years ago. Very pleased with the results. Had the fire and the boiler serviced by Darren good work Darren thank you. Also.whoever takes the calls and payments a thank you to.you as well
We recently used Chris Collett Plumbing & Heating to fit a Quooker tap & Cube system to replace our old mixer tap. Irfan did a great job in an awkward space. Very friendly and kept us informed of progress. Left everything neat and tidy. Would recommend.
They came a couple of weeks ago to repair a leak under the kitchen sink and replace a shower head. The person who came was punctual, very efficient and professional. He fitted a new faucet very fast. I would highly recommend Chris Collett to anyone. Brilliant service!
During the recent weather one of our aqualisa showers conked out. This company sent Josh and I have to say he was remarkably professional, extremely polite and highly competent. He had things up and running so quickly. Why people use inferior companies I do not know. Chris Collett's plumbing and heating company is absolutely superb. Cannot recommend them more highly,would not consider anyone else
Had a leaking radiator in the bathroom that was causing massive issues. Had a couple of plumbers look at it,but wouldn't touch it. This company came recommended by a neighbour who had similar issue. From start to finish,they were totally professional,punctual and did a brilliant job. Got my heating and hot water back on,also fitting a brand new radiator. I would highly recommend them to anyone that has plumbing or heating issues,and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future. Many thanks for getting me through the winter ahead !
