   After a call out for a noisy boiler, Amit was fantastic. He called the boiler company to check if the boiler was still under warranty because he didn’t want me to incur unnecessary charges. It wasn’t so he advised that I leave the boiler for now and see how it gets on. A really honest and fair individual.

   This might be a slightly unusual review in that I didn't actually use Amit in the end - but I was bowled over by his honesty and helpfulness all the same. I'd asked him to quote on a boiler replacement job that he could have made quite a bit of money on - but he took a look at what I had and advised me that all I needed was a service and there'd be no appreciable benefit to replacing the boiler. Thanks Amit!

   Amit responded to my weekend call and even tried to help resolve the problem over the phone first. Once it became clear a part was needed, he arrived within an hour with everything required. He’s a down-to-earth, honest professional with a wealth of experience. Amit was courteous, took his shoes off when entering the house, kept everything tidy, and was a pleasure to have around.    I am absolutely astounded by the service Amit of A2B Plumbing provided me. I found A2B through the Bosch Boiler service website and booked him in for two services on mine and my mums boilers which he did, being punctual and very reasonably priced. I cannot express my thanks on a recent incident that happened to my mums boiler a few days ago. Basically the boiler stopped working on a Saturday morning. I gave Amit a ring which he took (bear in mind it was Sat morning and he was about to attend some family occasion) and then advised me the problem was a ice blocked condensation pipe and advised me how to unblock it. I did as he said, and sure enough blocks of ice were removed and boiler was working with a very happy elderly mother. Amit even rang me back later to check all was good. The guy really is truthful and I wont forget the care he showed me and my mum when the boiler packed in. In this day and age of people being ripped off (and believe me, alot of people were this weekend) its good to have companies like A2B. Thanks again. And that bottle of Courvoisier will be with you before the end of the week as a thank you ;-)

He is truly gem of a person as he always explains responds to all concerns issues regarding our boiler we got our boiler fixed and serviced and also got the hive system installed.    From start to finish, A2B have been brilliant. Our boiler was on it's last legs a few months ago, and I got in touch with a few companies. A2B was a standout for us, because of Amit's honest approach. While we were getting quotes, our boiler packed in. We called Amit, who came with Riley and gave us some good ideas about moving the boiler with future extension plans in mind. Planning the work in and other prep was made really easy with Amit's flexibility and friendly nature. The team are very good. They worked hard while they were here. Tidying up after themselves, taking off footwear before coming into carpeted areas and just generally, always doing the best job with joining pipework and drilling. I couldn't praise them highly enough for their professionalism, quality of workmanship and the end product. They are a brilliant group of people who we will have no hesitation in recommending to everyone in Leicestershire. You will find lower quotes, but you will always wonder whether or not they are cutting corners or not doing a good enough job. With A2B, you will get the quality you pay for. Keep that in mind. Thanks a lot Amit and team - All three of you were brilliant. Keep up the good work and we'll keep the hot drinks coming.
