Altaf carried out deep exploratory work to identify the issue with utmost diligence and professionalism and was able to fix the issue.    ABC were utterly professional. Offered a quick response and date, my boiler needed a full clean and service. The service took longer than expected and he continued to clean and service our boiler for 3.5 hrs cutting no corners I then received a full report in PDF files and photos attached. Highly recommend this firm, for trustworthy service.

   Al was brilliant, diligent, incredibly helpful and honest. I will be using ABC going forwards for services and any issues. After calling out a different emergency engineer to fix the boiler initially (and they didn’t), Al came out quickly and did a great job finding and fixing the problem as well as following up after to make sure everything was still working ok.    Al did an excellent job on our heating system, getting it back up and running after a rewire when things weren't running correctly. He also installed our Google nest and gave us information on how to use it. Communication was excellent throughout and stayed late to ensure the job was completed. Would definitely recommend him.
