He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need at the time and because of this I had trust in him. About a year later my boiler finally broke so I contacted Martyn again. They gave me a quote for a new boiler and arranged for when it could be installed. Stefan arrived on-time on the Saturday morning and promptly got to work. He was a nice bloke and very tidy! Des came out quickly and spent time explaining things to my dad. His quote was extremely competitive and he kindly agreed to fit the boiler as soon as possible ( within 10 days). He arrived lon time and completed the work in 1 day ( other companies had not only quoted higher prices but had said the work would take 3-5 days).
