I had oil stains on the tarmac of the driveway that had set in very deeply. Lubo did a great job and spend a lot of time making sure to remove the stains as best as possible. Although it was difficult work he did not give up and managed to clean it up nicely. Many thanks again!
Lubo came out of his way to clean the gutters on a Sunday. He pointed out the fascia boards also need a good clean and he quoted me on cleaning the fascia boards and all the windows using professional cleaning products. The quote was reasonable as the fascia boards hadn't been cleaned for several years. He was friendly and polite. I was amazed with the outcome and never seen everything looking so white and clean. I had a property which required refurbishing. The property was about 90 mins drive from my house. So I needed someone who not only was good at refurbishment projects but also was experienced and mature enough to project manage everything that was required even where I hadn’t specifically asked for it. LA Maintenance was that company They ran the whole project. They kept me fully updated. They used their common sense when needed and only called me when absolutely needed. The job was completed to a very high specification and included house clearance, painting of walls, ceiling and woodwork, vinyl laying, carpet steam cleaning, deep clean of all appliances and garden maintenance and minor repairs. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anybody and will definitely use them again in the future.

Lubo helped me to arrange the end of tenancy cleaning. Lubo and his teammate did a really great jobs for me from morning until 8:00pm.
