Booked chest freezer repair online, paid £100, then engineer come said need regasing, paid another £108 for gas, come again said not reparable, no refund can’t do anything that’s their answer. Do not use them
Paid £140 for a guy to come late (after the 5 hour time slot) and to only be here for 5mins. He did no investigating and everything I said over the phone before booking was what I said to him. He said he will get a new motor and I gave him the model number for the hood extractor fan. As soon as he went in his car I get an email saying we can’t fix this. Therefore my money is gone. Really frustrating because before I paid and before I booked an engineer I said on the phone I’ll need a new motor for it so they could have told me we can’t find a motor for this specific fan and no point paying us as you’ll be wasting your money and that you’ll need a kitchen fitter. This company is just money grabbing and is a scam.
