“I had a problem with my boiler and contacted Kyle at 08:00am. Within a few hours he had attended the property and diagnosed the fault. Talked me through the the cost of the repair, I asked about replacement boilers and cost and whether the repair would be worth it for the age/condition of boiler. I really appreciated Kyle's friendly and honest advice. I went down the repair route in the end, once the part had arrived Kyle was back out to fit it quickly, the work was clean and tidy, talked me through the fault in layman's terms, why it had occurred and answered my questions about what I can do to help prevent again in the future. Really happy with Kyles service and will certainly be using him again in the future.”

“Over christmas 2025 my boiler stopped working. Gastek came out, diagnosed the issue. It was time for the boiler to go into permanent retirement, they just couldn't go on any longer. Wasn't really ready for that scenario, but had to respect their wishes and that it was time to say goodbye old friend you served us well. A replacement was sourced through gastek (bearing in mind this is the christmas shut down period) and within 2 days we had a new boiler installed by the gastek engineers. Just in time for the minus temperatures that hit us new years eve 2025. Gastek do take care of you. No matter what time of year it happens to be.”

“Brilliant! Isaac came to find a leaking mess of pumps, valves and pipework in a cupboard controlling underfloor heating system. Impossible to get to the leaks without ripping it all out. Replaced with neat new manifold and electrical control box and smart thermostats. Workmanship is excellent ( shame it is hidden in a cupboard!) Found a couple of other issues around the boiler and fixed those FOC. Thoroughly recommend him.”

The lady found items in the book as my phone wasn’t working and I was able to purchase the items cheaper than at screw fix. Staff were brilliant and the social distancing measures are excellent a credit to tool station”
