Gaz worked quickly and was knowledgeable. He explained and showed me parts he was replacing so that I could see that he wasn't replacing boiler parts simply to up the cost. I contacted him because he had such good reviews, and he didn't disappoint. 5 well-deserved stars.
Stunning Service. I went to my elderly Ma's today and found she had no hot water. I looked in the boiler and this company's name was in there so I called them. Turns out the Company has relocated miles away..... the guy on the phone talked me through how to fix the boiler (around 30 minutes on the phone), with no asks for money, absolute genuine ,caring company....Thank You Sooooo much GSR, you saved the day, and you are Stars...xx
Gaz fixed a fault on our boiler. It wasn’t easy to identify the cause of the fault and he had to make several trips to us and for parts. He was really careful to show me the wear and tear on parts replaced and did not replace anything unnecessarily, including avoiding changing an expensive part before first trying replacing the connecting part, which thankfully worked. He is friendly, responsive and charged fairly.
Can't thank Gaz enough, came around within 10 minutes of calling him about a broken radiator. Fixed really quickly, and gave excellent advice about my central heating. Will definitely use his services again
I phoned GSR Gas & Plumbing services and spoke with GAZ , i asked him a question regarding our flooded property and whether a pipe fitting had been correctly fitted or not , even though i advised him that i would not be a paying client he was still very happy to assist us , he very kindly asked us to send him photos of the pipe fittings, etc, he immediately responded to us with his expert opinion . unbelievable. He was very polite and very knowledgeable and a very nice person. and should i ever need any plumbing work done i would be very happy to give him the job, i will also recommend him to family or friends or anyone reading these reviews, Thank you for your time and trouble which you kindly gave for free, highly recommended. Freezing weather outside and my boiler broke down. I have 2 kids aged 6 and 2. I was calling like mad but could not get hold to anyone or all booked out. Called Gaz initially but he politely said he has other commitments. I accidentally called him again and he did me this favour as I have two young kids. Just over the phone he gave me instructions and my boiler started to work in minutes. Massive thank you to him. Who on earth will help someone today ?? Its Gaz. People with such ethics are rare to be seen. Great great great man. Not only I will be his customer for life but also will get my family and friends to use him for any gas related services. Gaz, you are true hero. I will see you soon as my boiler needs servicing.
To Gaz, Thank you so much for coming out at short notice. The dishwasher had a leak which was gushing out water from 3am on a Sunday. After calling approx 20 plumbers, no one was able to come out as an emergency. Gaz responded to my call and did an amazing job in finding the problem and fixing it.
