   I cannot speak highly enough of this company! Jason, Donna and Chloe have been fantastic. They have provided support every step of the way through what has been a very difficult build . They all went above and beyond with their help and guidance. Jason came out twice and his knowledge and understanding of the situation was invaluable. Donna took all my calls and sent help straight away and Chloe took lots of time to explain the very lengthy and detailed report. The turn around time of her reports was exceptional and without her speed and efficiency it would have been a very miserable Christmas. I cannot thank you all enough.    I scheduled an appointment between 9 am and 1 pm for an urgent sewage problem and called at 1 pm for an update, only to be told we were ‘next’. The technician didn’t arrive until 3 pm, and neither the booking team nor the technician apologised, as I had to take time off work. Overall, the technician was courteous, the sewage issue was fixed, and due to the weather, I’m more understanding this time. Nevertheless, communication and service could be improved.

   I had a real problem with my drain rods getting stuck down the rodding point, and Scot from MZR Drainage came out to sort it. He arrived quickly, was professional from start to finish, and had the issue fixed within the hour. Not many companies even offer proper rod removal, but Scot handled it with ease. Really knowledgeable, friendly and efficient service – he explained what he was doing and made sure everything was left clean and working perfectly. Couldn’t recommend Scot and MZR Drainage highly enough-top service

   I can not recommend MZR enough!!!! I have several problems, blockages and a collapsed pipe. Used several other companies who are only interested in giving the drains a quick jetting. MZR investigated fully, found the fault, quoted accurately and did the repair. DO NOT waste time and money thinking a man in a van with a jet can solve your problems. if you need anything more than jetting they want to walk away (and still get paid) This company will provide a total solution regardless of what the fault is. A proper company offering a proper service. They are the only company I will call in the future. 5* service.

   Recommended by a local heating engineer. Came next day, but offered to come same day. The problem was diagnosed immediately as an air admittance valve being faulty. MZR didn't charge for the callout and recommended that I replace the pushfit part myself. I am very impressed by MZR and recommended them highly.

   Michael went above and beyond during his visit. To begin, Michael removed a blockage from my downstairs toilet to the main pipeline. He immediately knew the issue and resolved it swiftly. Michael had additional concerns and went on to investigate if there was another blockage further down the Severn Trent line . He spoke to my neighbours courteously and lifted 5 man hole covers in total. As he suspected there was an issue several houses down from me. Again, he knew just what to do and did all of us on Hay Lane a great favour in addressing the issue. Highly recommended; a wealth of knowledge; polite and hard working; well priced.
