   Horrible experience with using this company due to themselves being an ignorant. Twice I have been placing a request for quote to hire concrete crusher. On both ocassions, I have not received any email or call to progress my reuest. I have dialed this branch (as being the local branch to me) asking for a reply. I was twice promissed "someone will give you a call today", which didn't happened. I've got all worse opinion about this branch as being ignorant and probably only focused on those big customers with fat wallets.

   Had a delivery service on Wednesday from Andy, Minworth branch, what a lovely man. There were a few issues with neighbours parking and he patiently waited for me to sort it out, with no complaints and a continued smile. Andy was polite, friendly and did an amazing job, leaving the items on my drive neatly and safely. This is definitely the kind of customer service you want, especially so early in the morning.    I picked up some wood for a friend and had to return three days later which was it largely due to my lack of product knowledge. To add to the problem during the three days I'd lost the original receipt. However I was able to show the payment on my CC on my mobile, but the whole purpose of writing this was to congratulate everyone I came into contact with at the Goosemoor Site for the polite and helpful manner with which they ALL handled this No-Profit transaction. "I'll Be Back"
