A very honest, knowledgeable & friendly tradesman. Will not hesitate to use in the future if the need arises.

The 28th December is not the best time to have a flood and no water in your home. After being recommend by a friend, I phoned James. All I can say he was like a "Knight in Shinning Armor" He was amazing, sorting the problem out as true professional, showing great experience and knowledge of his trade and also putting me at ease as I was very stressed out with the whole situation. Absolutely first class support. I had never contacted James before my boiler suddenly failed late on a Sunday evening. He chatted advice until nearly midnight and then came out to help first thing the next day. Unfortunately the first visit didn’t fix it, so he came back after work the same day and managed to find the source of the problem and fix it for an extremely reasonable price. Will definitely be booking my annual services with him from now on. Thanks James, I’m really grateful!
