He is very honest, reliable and left each job clean and spotless. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bal to my friends and family. I only wish I had made contact with him sooner. “I had an issue with my old boiler and Martyn came round to have a look. He did something to it and told me it be fine for a while longer. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need at the time and because of this I had trust in him. About a year later my boiler finally broke so I contacted Martyn again. They gave me a quote for a new boiler and arranged for when it could be installed. Stefan arrived on-time on the Saturday morning and promptly got to work. He was a nice bloke and very tidy! I've had the boiler for about 6 weeks now and it all seems fine. I would recommend this company because I am pleased with the work and communication before and after installation was great. I will also be booking them to do my yearly boiler inspections.”
