He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need at the time and because of this I had trust in him. About a year later my boiler finally broke so I contacted Martyn again. Only 1 small complaint is the booking system, they have 2 garages locally, they take bookings from Lode Lane centre but not from Thornhill Rd centre, this creates confusion and occasional delays. So just check which centre the booking is for before arriving.”
