Very impressed they managed to get to the root cause of the engine warning light and fixed it for a reasonable price. Hannah on reception is ace! I don't often recommend any businesses but I definitely recommend Solihull Vehicle Service Centre
Good reliable service from the guys here. Only 1 small complaint is the booking system, they have 2 garages locally, they take bookings from Lode Lane centre but not from Thornhill Rd centre, this creates confusion and occasional delays. So just check which centre the booking is for before arriving.
My Type-R was stolen, cloned and recovered. After I had all the VIN numbers corrected, there was a whole bunch of persistent fault codes, several places had tried to fix this issue to no avail. I took it here and the technician didn't stop until they found the issue. I got regular updates and felt like they were determined to find the issue. I'm now back with my pride and joy after several months. I couldn't be more appreciative and impressed. Highly, highly recommend!!
First time using this place and what an excellent garage it is, lovely team in reception, my car was MOT'd and serviced quickly. My vehicle needed parts to pass the MOT and the team called round to get the best value part. No upselling only sold what was required, lots of updates so I knew exactly what was going on. I would highly recommend this garage and would definitely use them again.
Was on my way up north with a few friends when my car started making some really bad noises. Pulled off the motorway and found this place. By chance they had a free slot and managed to diagnose and fix the issue with my brakes within an hour. I'm not from anywhere near this area, but if i was local I would definitely use them! A big thank you to the brunette lady on the front desk for her help! (I didn't get her name) Thanks to these guys we managed to make our way up to the lake district and enjoy our weekend away!
Had to have my car towed to the garage as the ball joint drive shaft and suspension was damaged and needed replacing. Hannah was absolutely fantastic amazing customer service as always gives honest and great advice. I wouldn’t trust another garage with my Audi TT. The car drives superbly now. Neil
The team in this garage are simply brilliant. Guys you all need to use this garage , they simply give stunning service. Especially Hanna and Dawn in Reception. I had a problem with a corroded pipe which led to my radiator. So couldnt drive the car. When they had fitted a new one I collected my car and I had driven a very short distance , it over heated again. Hannah sent out 2 guys from the garage to help me as I had not gone far. Simply unheard of service in this day. They sorted it there an then , a simple air block. I cant not praise them enough on the awsome experience I had from them. Dropped my van off with Solihull Auto Centre for first service at 9am. Didn’t here anything until 5:05, when I was called by a rude receptionist who advised the van was ready to collect, but they close at 5:30, which although a short timeframe I managed to collect in time. When I arrived to collect the van, the same rude receptionist awaited me who was more interested in closing than customer service. I received zero feedback about the service other than that will be £xxx! It isn’t much to ask for good customer service, but this has put me off from ever returning. I will be servicing my car and van elsewhere in future.
Always have a fantastic experience at this place. Most recently I took my car in for an issue with the bottom of my car drooping down. They sorted it in 25 minutes and the charge was so reasonable. The team are always so friendly too. Thank you! Highly recommended.
