   Quite possible the best place in the Midlands, turned up on a Saturday morning,with a Sprinter van with a broken starter motor, they went above my expectations and found someone local to fit the replacement,will be recommending them to everyone

   My alternator on RAV4 was malfunctioning. They are based 10 minutes walk away from me. Instead of buying new alternator decided to get the genuine parts fixed. When I got there, Mark greeted me nicely and mentioned they don't have similar ones in stock to exchange. It will take 2 hours to refurb my original one. I left my name and number with them. Within 2 hours they called me and it was ready and he mentioned that the alternator had bearing issue. While fitiing it back, I crossthreaded the alternator due to some other parts issue. I took it back to Mark next day and he rethreaded and provided a bolt to go with it. When I offered money for rethreading he refused to take. It has been 4 weeks and car running like a charm. I recommend them highly for their service.
