   Called in to ask about RAC warranty work, either someone got out the wrong side of the bed or is desperately in need of customer service training, but attitude of one female member of staff was just plain rude. Wouldn't consider using them as can only imagine what customer care must be like...shame as my local garage and was always a great place

   Dreadful. Dropped my car in for a pre-booked and pre-paid MOT and service. Very rude customer service and felt like a burden. Left car and received a call 2 hours later saying they wouldn't do the service or MOT due to a booking error on their part. Same lady was rude to my wife on the phone saying it wasn't their issue and they couldn't help. Went to collect the car to again be greeted with hostility. Unbelievable. I've never complained in my life about customer service but on this occasion I feel it is needed. Avoid at all costs.

   What wonderful people - really friendly and efficient! They tell it how it is, go the extra mile and deliver the goods A very sick car was towed in, and 2½ days later it's running brilliantly. In contrast, the main Ford dealer couldn't look at it for 3 weeks. Thank you! Update 4 weeks later: it trundled 2000 miles round France running sweet as new. In another 4 weeks we'll be back for the MOT and service!
