   MH Hearing recently came out to fix my boiler, and the whole experience was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They were prompt, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. The engineer explained everything in a really straightforward way, fixed the issue quickly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Their customer service was outstanding — friendly, reliable, and genuinely focused on helping rather than just getting the job done. It’s rare to find a company that delivers this level of care and expertise. I’m incredibly impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend MH Hearing to anyone needing boiler repairs or heating services. Truly exceptional service!

   We have been using MH Heating Solutions Ltd for some years for the annual servicing of our boiler and we have been very pleased with their service. Martyn and Elaine are a very friendly couple & very efficient. They automatically send out a reminder to book a date when an annual service is due & once a date has been arranged, we automatically receive both a text & e-mail confirmation of the date & whether it is an AM or PM appointment & on the due date a further text/e-mail arrives & a text when He's actually on his way. Very useful & efficient. If any problems arise during the year, An appointment will be arranged ASAP.& they never let you down. We recently had a new hot water tank fitted, (the previous one packed in after 27 years) The new one was fitted without delay. There were a few teething problems, initially as a faulty part had been provided by the manufacturer. This did take a couple of visits, but Martyn retained his usual happy nature despite this.    I had an issue with my old boiler and Martyn came round to have a look. He did something to it and told me it be fine for a while longer. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need at the time and because of this I had trust in him. About a year later my boiler finally broke so I contacted Martyn again. They gave me a quote for a new boiler and arranged for when it could be installed. Stefan arrived on-time on the Saturday morning and promptly got to work. He was a nice bloke and very tidy! I've had the boiler for about 6 weeks now and it all seems fine. I would recommend this company because I am pleased with the work and communication before and after installation was great. I will also be booking them to do my yearly boiler inspections.

   The guys at MH Heating Solutions did a great job installing my new boiler. It was replacing a really old boiler. They were able to visit quickly and gave a competitive quote and answered all of my questions on the day. Then they were able to arrange the fitting quickly and conveniently. Their customer service was excellent and able to answer any question I had. Then the installation was swift and with little disruption when I was working from home. Great job all round.

   I would highly recommend this company. I Called Martin & Elaine as previously had a repair done to my existing boiler and found them brilliant. My boiler has one massive problems over the Christmas period and so I decided to bite the bullet and go for a new boiler. I knew I was in good hands and wouldn't be conned so I told them the boiler I wanted they agreed it was a good choice and within a couple of days the engineers steph arrives as agreed and ripped out the old and fitted the new energy efficient boiler I asked for with no problem and a guarentee/ Warranty Great team and would highly recommend and will use again if I ever a problem arises
