    The wonderful Keith came to our rescue today. Our toilet was leaking and within an hour of contacting him, he was at our door ready to help. He was incredibly honest and straightforward—explained exactly what the issue was and even gave me the option to fix it myself if I wanted to. I really appreciated that kind of respect and transparency. In the end, I let him take care of it, and he had it sorted quickly and efficiently. It’s rare to find tradespeople this genuine. Absolutely would recommend him to anyone needing a reliable plumber!

    Well actually, I tried to use this business. He said he would be here this afternoon but he didn’t bother to turn up or let me know. I waited in all afternoon and had to miss a visit to my terminally Ill husband whilst waiting for him. I guess the job wasn’t big enough for him. Never again.     Came round promptly and was very helpful. Keith fixed the broken gate valve and then also helped replace the kitchen mixer tap, the original project I had. As it was a weekend emergency call out the cost was also reasonable.
