This note is to publicly acknowledge Chris, who today both graciously and freely diagnosed - in mere seconds - a fault with our car (Mercedes SLK), that we had previously paid another local garage to diagnose and that took them two hours to do and with an erroneous result (we will now be seeking a refund). I was recommended this place by my local garage, and I’ve now been here twice—once for my wife’s car and now for my own. On both occasions, Raj provided excellent service. He took the time to diagnose each individual tyre and offered me clear options. His advice was helpful—he mentioned it’s best to replace tyres that are 5 years old or older, which I wasn’t previously aware of. Prices were fair, and the work was carried out the same day. Raj appears very knowledgeable and experienced, and you can tell he genuinely cares about getting it right for the customer. Honest advice, quick turnaround, and no pressure selling. Highly recommended!

My car got a punctured tyre in the morning. I called Plume Tyre and brought the car over in the afternoon without booking. They got it fixed after some waiting time. The price was reasonable and competitive. Everything was done professionally. I was very happy with the outcome, and would highly recommend it.
Friendly and very helpful. Needed a Hard to find tyre. They sourced one and had it fitted the same day! Great work.
Really disappointed with the level of service. Took my car in for a simple fix to my exhaust last year. Ended up being sold a new one which I later found out wasn't needed. I was told it would look exactly the same as the previous one, yet it looked completely different. I hate to say, but I feel I was taken as advantage of as a young female. Won't be returning.
