I've been using Autovolks for my Audi TT service & MOT for about 5 years now, after giving up on my local Audi dealership. They're pleasant, reliable and knowledgeable. They're also about half the price!
Thoroughly recommend. We took our SEAT here after getting a very high quote from the main dealership for replacement brakes and pads and for fixing the car sensors. Autovolks completed all the work well and significantly cheaper. They gave a worst case cost for the sensors but the works costs turned out to be cheaper, which was a nice surprise. Very happy to recommend
Just to say what a fab place. Return calls and give very competitive quotes. Took my Tiguan Rline in for brake pads, brake fluid, haldex oil change and filter clean plus glow plugs. Turned it around same day and at less than half price of the VW dealership up the road. Will defo use again
I have been using Autovolks for many years now after I was recommended by a good friend. Kieran, Laura and the whole team are friendly, genuine and offer good old fashioned customer service. I won’t take my car anywhere else. Highly recommend.
We used to use the VW garage for servicing when they had black friday deals but when we asked this year, it was £440 for a full service on a polo. Autovolks have done the last two services for less than that price and this month, brakes too. They are a really great team, Laura the office manager is so efficient too :)
Cannot fault the service that I received today from Autovolks. A warning light appeared on my sons’ dashboard just before Christmas and whilst they couldn’t fit us in to diagnose at that time, they kindly agreed to let us know if it was safe to drive. The car was subsequently booked in for today and the faults have now been sorted, new plugs fitted, service carried out and the car drives so much better now. Really pleased with the service from these guys, and will most definitely be using them in the future. Highly recommended!!!
Called into Autovolks Solihull to obtain a purchase of a car accessory the gentleman on site said he would need time to check his store my registration was taken to check the suitability of the product for my model of my car a pleasurable experience.

Usually I’m don’t write reviews but after the service I received from the staff at Autovolks exceeds their reputation. From the booking to the diagnostics and the repair, they went above and beyond. I had a on going issue with my car fan constantly being on. After spending a fair amount of money at other garages. I finally got referred by VW dealers Solihull to go to auto folks. The mechanics were about to repair the issue within 2 hours. I was kept update about the vehicle and they were very friendly. Highly recommended
These guys are amazing, easily the best VW specialist in the midlands area, these guys fixed my electrical issue after many garages couldn't figure out where to start. My issue was found within 1 hour and the car was back with me within a day, the price was extremley fair, for any specialist work I would not hesitate to call autovolks, I've reccomended 3 of my freinds here and they all feel the same way extremley pleased.
