   Steven Hobday From knowle Domestic Appliances came to look at my Bosch washing machine today, 3 hours late ,insulted my equipment & just wanted to sell me a new one, he didn’t even look at the fault but just said I had bought a load of rubbish from John Lewis & they didn’t know anything about anything as the staff are from all departments & know nothing He wanted to charge me £50 call out for only 10 mile & if he sold me a new one it would be £145 to fit it & remove mine which is only 4 years old. He terrified me and was calling me an Old Bat and was shouting abuse at me. On the drive saying I would get Trouble. I’m am reporting him to the Police. Be warned he has major problems & temper. Do not use him

   AVOID.. this guy is a scammer. Tried to sell me a refurbished washing machine as new, which was smelly and mouldy. Very intimidating when I asked the source of the machine. This guy is a bully and very rude.

   Thankfully avoided this “business”. I contacted for a quote but received no reply. I few days later I followed up and was told the first message hadn’t been read. But I had seen the message had been opened and read which I pointed out. The very next message I received was abuse. Instead of acting like a professional adult they acted like a defensive child and resorted to abuse when caught out lying. At that point I checked the online reviews and wasn’t really surprised to find the many poor reviews. definitely a Cowboy here.

   I wish I had read the reviews before I used this company. They turned up the day after I asked as too busy. We had a leak from shower coming through the ceiling into the kitchen underneath,so urgent job. Did they fix it No!!!! The grout that had perished in the shower the plumber redid,he charged me £165, that was supposed to be with £10 off,he took the panel of the bottom of the shower to find the leak. He did not put it back on properly (had to go & buy another panel) as he ruined the one he had taken off. He left the bathroom messy, hadn't even found where the leak was coming from & how much is a tube of sealant. I feel so stupid at being ripped off we all know how hard times are,rebooked another plumber came on time,polite,tidy & a fraction of the price through check a trade & guess what he found & fixed the leak. Still some decent workmen out there.

   Failed to turn up to a number of appointments that were arranged at his convenience. No notice that he wouldn’t turn up. Really poor as we had no cooker for over a week and he knew this.

   Don't waste your time with this company. They meant to turn up between 11am and 12pm. I sent a msg at 12.30, I called twice and still no reply. They didn't even have the courtesy to get in touch to apologize.
