“1st class service from the moment we walked into the showroom No hassle sales pitch, all options were explained before being left to browse the showroom. Once we had made our choice a free home visit was arranged to survey our existing fire/chimney for suitability. Appointment & survey was carried out efficiently and on time. It was explained that we may need a new cowl on the chimney, but that would not be known until the new gas fire was fitted and tested. We then received a no obligation quote which we accepted. The order was placed and installation date was arranged. The fireplace & fire were fitted all in one day by a very efficient, clean & tidy team. All the existing materials and old fire were taken away by the men. A gas engineer then arrived to connect & test the fire. As it turned out we did need to have a new cowl fitted (this was not unexpected). Markovitz arranged for the new cowl to be fitted and this was carried out a few days later. Once fitted the gas engineer returned and commissioned the fire at no extra cost. All in all a great service and I would recommend anyone looking for a new fireplace/fire to visit Markovitz to make an informed decision from their wide showroom range of supplies and bespoke appliances for the contemporary domestic market place and individual households in need of modernisation. “A fantastic and super friendly company and we cannot recommend them enough! We called before 9am Monday morning as we'd been without central heating and hot water over the weekend. The phone was answered promptly and by a very lovely, friendly lady who was incredibly helpful! (I'm so sorry I didn't catch your name). Knowing we had a small baby and preschooler, she moved things around for us to help get someone out to us the next day. However within the hour, she called back to say she could get someone to us the same day. And within a few hours, the wonderful Ryan arrived. “Great service, 1st Class throughout!! Joe came around a few minutes early to fix a gas leak, service a boiler which hasn’t been used for two years and provide a gas safety certificate. From the start Joe was great working hard and fast to find the leak which involved lifting floor boards and tracing the gas pipes all through the property. After a lot of graft from Joe the leak was found and fixed immediately Joe than serviced the boiler which has not been used for years. He noticed some of the radiators were leaking as they had been removed by the builders. He checked and tightened them all stopping any leaks. We than realised the boiler had a leak which again Joe resolved and fixed in know time at all. Despite servicing the boiler it wasn’t looking good as it was still not powering on. Joe explored every avenue without joy until it came to the pump. This was full of scale and muck from over the years. This was thoroughly cleaned and the boiler than fired up and has been working great ever since. Joe was very professional and kept me informed throughout of what’s happening. Following the appointment he sent me pictures of everything he done and a job sheet within minutes. The price was extremely reasonable coupled with the great service means I’ll be using this company for life. A****”

The engineers are very professional and polite reassuring you if you have any issues just call us and we will be straight out. “Nic fitted new taps and waste in an ensuite. He was very professional, punctual and the price was competitive. He responded to my query immediately with a quote and came to do the job later that day. There was a problem with the taps (nothing to do with the fitting), which he fixed the following day. “I couldn't recommend them highly enough! I wouldn’t call anyone else but Cheshire Drainage Solutions to come and sort out any drainage issues in the future- they are that good! A couple of months ago we had an issue with our toilet being unable to flush. When I called to get someone out, they were on their Christmas Party at the time but still managed to arrange it for the next day! Dan came out and found that our stack was totally blocked. He sorted it quickly but advised that the pipe had slipped and it was likely to happen again at some point in the future. Unfortunately the issue happened again last weekend. Dan came out again and sorted the blockage but advised us that the rest bend now had a hole in it and needed sorting as soon as possible (he even showed me on the camera). We arranged for them to come the following Thursday to dig up and replace the rest bend but we had to shift it to the Saturday instead due to an emergency job they had to deal with. This was no issue- especially as Tracy was fantastic trying to get us booked in quickly and also keeping me updated. Dan and Andy arrived Saturday morning and got straight to work digging up around the pipe. They replaced the rest bend as well as a good section of the waste pipe which they had previously patched. During the work they also discovered that the T junction where our waste pipe meets with our shared line with our neighbour, also had a hole and was fully blocked. They fixed that as well with no fuss and barely any additional cost to us. I couldn’t fault Dan, Andy or Tracy- they were all amazing in getting this sorted for us. Both Dan and Andy are extremely friendly and happy to talk through what they are doing- they also left everything almost exactly as if they had never been which was incredible given the type of work they were doing. Any rubble or refuse was taken away with them as well. Tracy was brilliant in arranging the appointments and keeping me up to date.”
