Great service. I ordered the wrong PCB for my boiler. They responded to my query on the same day, found the correct one for me, shipped it quickly and let me return the wrong one, refunding it as soon as they received it. All my thanks to the team, Rob PS: Boiler is now working!

I always go here for my plumbing stuff. The staff are always do their best to help out and prices are competitive. One time I needed a solar pump which they couldn’t supply but they searched and phoned me back with a supplier who could. I really appreciate the consistently good and pleasant service over the years - rare these days.
Needed replacement mixer tap for bathroom wasbasin. None suitable in stock - new one ordered - told it would take a couple of days Collected it today (3 days later) - dealt with 3 members of staff: 2 counter staff & 1 on telephone - excellent customer service from all 3. Recommended
