Amazing display of bathrooms. Louise, the kitchen designer does not rush you. She took us through various options that fitted our budget. We are thrilled with our design and look forward to our new ensuite. Thank you Louise.
We had Berkeley Bespoke Interiors to redesign separate toilet and bathroom into one combined unit. Carol came out and took measurements and advised us what space we would have, making some excellent suggestions regarding design. Louise then worked with us to create a design that we wanted, advising along the way of materials and fittings. etc. everything was our choice, just essential advice given when needed. Darren, Shaun , and Martin were excellent craftsmen who did a splendid installation job, always cleaning up at the end of the day. We have had many compliments on our new bathroom, and would not hesitate in using them again, and would like to pass on our thanks for the professional and friendly service that we received.
This is the second time we have used Berkeley Bespoke Interiors when they refurbished our bathroom recently.They installed a new kitchen in our home about three years ago and we were so pleased with the end product that we asked them to completely refurbish our bathroom this month. Unsurprisingly the result was the same. We were extremely happy. From design to completion a thoroughly professional job was executed. Top quality products were used throughout. Darren and his team were excellent, arriving when they said and finishing on time with the minimum of trouble and disturbance. I would highly recommend Berkeley Bespoke Interiors. A big thank you to Carol and Louise of Berkeley Bathrooms. After a long time searching for a competent firm to refurbish our bathrooms, (and having quotes and designs from several companies which didn't meet our exacting standards and requirements) we found Berkeley Bathrooms. From the assessment by Carol who was thorough in her approach to what would fit into our awkwardly spaced bathroom and ensuite, a plan was put together by Louise, taking account of the problematic pipe work of our old listed building house. The plans were tweeked where necessary in both design and costs until we were satisfied that they would be to our liking. We can only say that our bathrooms are a delight. The planning and team of trades people where amazingly professional in executing the plans exactly as provided within the time scales in an orderly neat and clean way (not easy when walls and floors are out of true!) Our only involvement throughout the two week process was to state were we wanted the soap and shower dishes to be fitted!. We have recommended Berkeley Bathrooms to several people as we feel that they are an exceptional company. Friends visiting have been amazed at the transformation and can't believe the difference that the new bathrooms have made to our home. THOROUGHLY DISAPPOINTING!!! We have had an absolutely appalling experience with this company, right from the beginning. Starting with a faulty mirror, which Berkeley insisted that we had broken. It was only when the replacement came, which was also broken, that we didn’t have to pay again!! Since then, one of the other mirrors they supplied, has stopped working. We had 3 bathrooms installed at the same time. A problem with each. None of them are fit for purpose!!!! Absolutely disgusted, as they were expensive. At no time, did Berkeley come out to inspect the work that her plumbers had carried out. Even when we started having problems. The issues are, as follows.... -Leak from shower in bathroom 2, causing substantial stains on the ceiling below -Shower screen bathroom 1 has moved, causing a leak from this shower also. The screen is a substantial one and shouldn’t shift. Poor installation -Basin vanity shelf has dropped causing basins to come away from wall. Bathroom 1 -Light up mirror doesn’t work, bathroom 3. -The latest, most upsetting one is a substantial leak from an unknown source Bathroom 1, causing major leak through ceiling affecting the wallpaper, ceilings in 2 rooms, resulting in the possibility that the tiles will have to be removed to locate the leak. Devastating as our home is a period building. We used Berkeley interiors’ own plumbers to limit any issues. Berkeley aren’t interested in any aftercare service at all. All these faults have occurred within, or just outside 12 months of use.....Top quality bathrooms costing £25,000!!!! Very very shoddy workmanship.
