We needed certain requirements, but he was very knowledgeable, there was no pressure from him and made us feel very comfortable. She came to our house, measured up, took into account everything we would need and how everything would best suit us,gave advice on design and colours etc. After a few days, went into store and she had created an image for us which was great to see as it gave us a good visual idea of how it would look. Claire was very patient working with us on the design as it evolved and changed.
