Claire was very patient working with us on the design as it evolved and changed. They were always cheerful and dealt pragmatically with issues and problems as they arose - and without making a drama out of a crisis. We was given a great deal and our sofas where delivered in 48 hours as well as assembled for a small charge due to travel. “Had my kitchen design done by Beth from the Cobridge branch. She came to our house, measured up, took into account everything we would need and how everything would best suit us,gave advice on design and colours etc. After a few days, went into store and she had created an image for us which was great to see as it gave us a good visual idea of how it would look. Just waiting for delivery but so far so good..reasonable price too in the sale”

“I think since we moved here we are very impressed with the range and prices I have read a review that had me in stitches a lady saying staff were hitting her and told her to get out because she took a paper down I can not see any shop attacking a customer I'm sure if this did happen there would be police and witnesses... laughable...staff are lovely friendly and helpful not many places left where you find staff smiling and being helpful”

“Next at Queens in Stafford is a shop for everyone. I am able bodied but have noticed the shop caters for people with all disabilities. There is a lift, an esculater, and a staircase. It's easy to navigate around the store and have personally found the staff very helpful and always approachable. There is plenty of parking and does have the added facility of a Costa where again the staff are very helpful so a win win all round.”

“Some great bargains to be had every single time you shop here. It's possible to get pretty much everything you need to feed a family on a budget. Although the Biddulph store I also visit on occasion is one of the smaller ones it still stocks a good varied range of essentials at great prices from food to simple household goods, beauty products and cleaning materials. The staff aren't particularly friendly as they get on with their work but neither are they downright ignorant like some staff in larger supermarkets that you would expect more from for the prices you pay.”
