Spoke to James who was exceptionally helpful. He and Graham delivered a new washing machine within 48 hrs. Installed and took the old one away. It's worth mentioning that the shop is open 10am-4pm Monday to Friday. Delivery days Tues and Thurs. Great customer service from an independent shop in Shrewsbury. Highly recommended. Very impressed.
Although the business has changed ownership, the same excellence of service still applies. I purchased a new Hoover washer from them, which had a fault. They came straight out and sorted the problem, No delays, no excuses, which is unusual these days.Bravo.
Came to look at leaking washing washing door seal. Returned a week later with a new cooker element! Turned door seal so rip is at the top. Returned a month later with wrong door seal and still waiting for the promised call when he gets the correct door seal. Don't waste your time making the call to this company.

Cost me £14 to get a new seal for a 22year old cooker, saved me replacing the stove. Another company quoted me £124 callout fee with no guarantee of success. Just upgraded from 4 to five. I messed up the fitting. Needed a duplicate part, Steve very understanding and gave me a discount. :)
Fair price, prompt service. Couldn't repair my tumble dryer but gave me the number of someone who could. Took a few goes to get in touch, but great service when I did.
Been in for two parts for my knackered tumble dryer on two separate occasions. They will give you a great service for a great price. Proper honest independent shop, go here, don't go to silly chain shops.
