Excellent prompt service. The first people I called didn't want to deal with it but a couple of hours after making the initial call on a Saturday afternoon Tex was up the ladder dealing with two hornet nests in our roofspace. Very pleased with the results. Would recommend.

Terry is lovely, down to earth, practical and reassuring. He was here within 3 hours to dispatch some unwanted wasps, squatting in a dormouse house in our garden. Nest was treated, Terry quickly retreated and again reassured no further squatter issues after 24hours or he'll be back under guarantee! Thank you Terry!
Excellent service! Came out very quickly to sort out a wasps nest in our roof. Used some ingenious equipment to get at the little blighters from the ground, staying a safe distance away, but exterminating them very effectively. Hope I don't have to use them again, but if I did, they would be the first people I would call!

From my first call to them they were very knowledgeable, were able to explain the current market with a major treatment being taken off the market and the effect on pest control. I was told my options in an understandable way with no pressure at all and actions I should take prior to there visit. When they came they talked through what they were doing and why, as a wheelchair user they mad it all very easy. I would strongly recommend them

Brilliant service! I called Terry out to our property after discovering a wasps nest above my front door and he was on my driveway within half an hour (even though the office is at least 20 minutes away) After a quick chat he quickly identified a very busy second nest on the property and encouraged me to check for any others to avoid a second call out fee in the future. No more to find thankfully! Shortly after Terry used a long reach pipe and treated the nest on the roof and the one in the door frame with his chemicals. At first the nests went wild with a load of wasps flying out but now less than 20 minutes later I can see a lot less activity. A lovely chatty chap who seems to have known this business for years and has guaranteed his result with a promise to return if there’s any issue. Thanks again Terry
I found a wasps nest in my loft this morning so had a quick google search and found Flashback Pest Control. I gave them a ring and Tex was round within an hour to poison the nest. I was really impressed with his response time and how I was told what was going on. Definitely value for money , I would def use them again for any further issues.
