Cooker hood bulb needed replacing . No idea of size . Went straight to home essentials. Very helpful lady found me a replacement which fits . Couldn’t be happier with service and it was cheaper than major retailer as subsequent research confirmed . Support your local shops !

Got a little bit of everything, very helpful too.
Pleasant owner left us have a rummage around her hardware store. Everything you can think of or need is here and at very reasonable prices. There are garden plants for sale outside too. Based on the Newport high street. You would need to park away from the shop and walk. Highly recommend this shop. A1
Aladdin's cave & there's rarely anything they don't have or can't get. Family run. Brilliant shop which is a bit like the TARDIS....and always so helpful!
A delightfully old fashioned shop, that packs a large selection of hardware. The staff are always friendly and obliging. It's very rare that you would visit and come away empty handed. In my opinion, it's an inspiration. One of the best shops in Newport.
