    Shocking ! Rang up to confirm they held the stock I needed , spoke to Liam , he assured me it was there , after driving miles to collect them , they appeared not bothered that this was a massive inconvenience, the tall manager refused to give me his name and was extremely rude , as a property developer I have passed this to HQ and let’s see if that branch becomes accountable! The staff member liam respectfully needs training as his building product knowledge was not acceptable
