   I have been using the Newport branch of Screwfix for a couple of years now. Every single item I have bought there has been exactly what I was after and always are a very competitive price. They are very quick at filling an order and using the app means I don't even have to queue. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. It is my favourite shop!

   Went here today to get two items. Both were in stock, and the prices were better than the competition. However, what I did not realise was that the order needed to be placed online beforehand (because of covid-19). This turned out to be quite an ordeal; I nearly gave up. I can't see why you shouldn't be able to go up to the counter as usual!
