   **If I could give zero stars, I would.** Tried to figure out how many plastic roof sheets I’d need for an aviary—looked online but wasn’t sure, so I went into the store hoping to get some actual help. I explained clearly: the aviary is 11ft long by 8ft deep, and I just needed someone to help me work out how many sheets to buy. Instead, I’m met by a young, disinterested lad who made no effort to assist. Fair enough, the store didn’t stock the product—that’s not the issue. The issue is that I asked if he could help me calculate what I needed, even showed I was trying to load it on my phone (which wasn’t working), and instead of checking the system or offering any actual support, he just stood there, blank-faced. **Couldn’t be bothered.** No effort to help, no customer service, just made me feel like a complete idiot standing there with other customers watching. I was *literally ready to pay on the spot*—I just needed a tiny bit of help figuring out what to order. Sadly, it’s not the first time I’ve had this kind of experience at this store. It’s clear some staff need proper training in basic manners and communication. Luckily, the lads at Wickes and B&Q were polite and tried to help, and Sheet City actually took the time to assist—hoping for a proper quote by Monday. **Don’t waste your time here. Go to a proper local supplier who knows how to treat customers with respect.**

   Picked up a Web order, originally I wanted to use a gift card I'd been given for Christmas but it could only be used in store, so I bought online went in to pick it up asked for a refund to buy again with the gift card. The staff were very helpful and were able to do this for me with ease. Thank you very much.

   I use Stafford Park Screwfix frequently but the item I wanted was not in stock so had to use Hadley. Must try harder Hadley your customer service is no where as professional as Stafford Park. Customers are not your 'Mate' and keep the staff jokes and banter to yourselves. Good product as usual but staff are not as experienced.

   This new store looks nice, clean and fresh. The location hence the industrial estate is also newly built. The staff working at this store are very happy, polite, respectful and in their league of their own - in a positive way. I was very happy with the service that Jared provided. The location itself is spot on as it's not too far from the town centre and is surrounded by big name manufacturers.
