“We contacted Mark after our dishwasher developed a problem and he was able to do some preliminary troubleshooting over the telephone; Mark & Glen then came to our home with a new part which we all hoped would solve the problem. It became apparent to all of us that our dishwasher also had other issues, linked to corrosion, which were not solvable. We liaised with Mark to choose a suitable replacement and Mark & Glen returned to remove and dispose of the old machine and install a replacement within days. A few weeks have now passed and we are very pleased indeed with the new dishwasher. We could not have received better and more professional service anywhere; Mark and Glen commissioned the machine, filled it with salt and rinse aid and ran it through a programme, ensuring we were completely happy with the new machine. We have received superb service from this reputable local company and would recommend them highly.”
