Not the best kitchen fitters on the planet but the worst my applances are 1000mm but so is the space to put the into. How silly is that?
Just had a new kitchen from and fitted by Abbey Kitchens. We are very pleased with the outcome, from start to finish everything went to plan. Roy the fitter was very professional in his approach and did an excellent job.James in the office was always available for any help or queries we had.
We desparately wanted to support local businesses for our kitchen project, accepting the additional costs this incurred. Abbey Kitchens showed experience in listening to our needs and drafting a (paper) design that incorporated everything we needed. That plan proved difficult for electricians, builders and fitters to work from. It proved to be inaccurate. We repeatedly tried to engage with Abbey to resolve issues, but we were told that it was the fault of the trades, and not the materials. COVID-19 proved to be difficult for everyone, but other firms and trades were more responsive and keener to keep us informed than Abbey Kitchens. 7 months later, and Abbey Kitchen agreed with our initial observations and ordered replacement parts. 8 months later these were fitted by Abbey and our kitchen is finally complete.
Customer service has been amazing from everyone at Abbey Kitchen during these strange Covid times. They’ve kept us informed, shared designs and ideas and have created our perfect kitchen! Really is the kitchen of our dreams and they’ve found solutions we didn’t think were possible. Excited to get started now! Thanks all.
My wife and I have been clients of Abbey Kitchens for over 20 years and they have helped us with several projects. Last Summer - 2019, the Abbey team designed, planned, removed our old kitchen and installed a new one. From start to finish, everyone at Abbey was invested in delivering our scheme. Richard got us off to a solid start- listening to our ideas, his experienced eyes seeing possibilities and pitfalls and he came up with a wonderful scheme which was both affordable and workable. Every component of our kitchen was installed by craftsmen of integrity and skill who were all a total joy to have working in our home. The end product is a beautiful working kitchen which ticks every box. The whole process was tidy, stress-free and delivered in time and on budget; after-care has been first class too. We are truly delighted.
Had kitchen renewed by Abbey in summer of 2018. Very impressed at the care taken to match colour with existing units. Also, Richard knew just the right replacement for the existing sink and cooker. Their team ensured an excellent finish to everything. End result was a kitchen that really worked for us. Worth noting excellent after-sales service also. Would certainly use them again.
